Mama Marvet’s Cookies

A simple initiative that spreads joy, strengthens community ties, and turns a small moment into meaningful giving.

What It Is 🍪

Mama Marvet’s Cookies is an initiative created to continue a legacy of simple, consistent giving. Mama Marvet used to bake cookies at home every Friday and bring them to the masjid so they could be offered to the community for a suggested donation, turning those cookies into support for the masjid. In that same spirit, we now continue this tradition by organizing cookie drop-offs and community cookie days that strengthen community ties, spread joy, and make it easy for people to participate in meaningful giving.

  1. We coordinate a date and time with a masjid or community location

  2. Our team brings cookies and sets up a small, respectful table

  3. Community members are invited to take cookies and contribute voluntarily

  4. Donations go directly to the respective Masjid

We aim to keep this initiative simple, organized, and easy for partners and volunteers.
